Venture into the heart of the Khumbu on one of Nepal’s most challenging and rewarding treks. This extraordinary 22-day journey is not just a trek; it’s a full immersion into the high Himalayas. You will conquer three majestic passes over 5,300m, stand in awe at Everest Base Camp, and ascend iconic viewpoints, all while traversing some of the most spectacular landscapes on earth.
This trek is a true expedition for passionate walkers, offering unparalleled panoramic vistas of giants like Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu, and a deep cultural connection to the Sherpa homeland.
Trek Highlights:
Summit Three Legendary Passes: Test your spirit on the high trails of Renjo La (5,388m), Cho La (5,420m), and Kongma La (5,535m).
Iconic Viewpoints: Ascend Gokyo Ri (5,357m) and Kala Patthar (5,545m) for what are arguably the most breathtaking panoramic views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks.
Touch the Roof of the World: Achieve the milestone of standing at Everest Base Camp (5,364m).
Cultural Immersion: Walk through traditional Sherpa villages like Thame and Gokyo, gaining unique insights into local culture and mountain life with our expert guides.
Difficulty: Moderate to Strenuous. This is a demanding trek at high altitude.
Requires excellent physical condition and prior trekking experience are essential.
Nights are spent in comfortable lodges (teahouses)
Max Altitude: 5,545m (Kala Patthar).
Best Seasons: The optimal windows are March to May (spring) and October to November (autumn) for stable weather and clear skies.
Brief Itinerary

Day 01:Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 02:In Kathmandu for official procedures.

Day 03:Drive Kathmandu to Ramechap for flight to Lukla (2840m). Meet your trek crew and start a moderate ascent to Phakding (2610m).

Day 04:Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m), the region’s main commercial centre.

Day 05:Rest day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. Short hikes or visit Everest View Hotel / Tourist Visitor Center.

Day 06:Trek to Thame (3820m).

Day 07:Acclimatization day in Thame. Visit Thame Gompa overlooking the valley.

Day 08:Trek to Lungden (4350m). Gentle walk via Marlung village.

Day 09:Cross Renjo La (5340m) — Trek to Gokyo (4790m). Panoramic Himalayan views.

Day 10:Hike to Gokyo Ri (5360m) for spectacular views or rest.

Day 11:Trek to Dragnag (4700m), a small village near the glacier.

Day 12:Cross Cho La (5330m) — Trek to Dzonglha (4830m). Challenging icy terrain.

Day 13:Trek to Lobuche (4910m). Join the main Everest trail.

Day 14:Visit Everest Base Camp (5364m) and return to Gorak Shep (5140m).

Day 15:Hike Kala Pattar (5550m) for sunrise views. Trek back to Lobuche.

Day 16:Cross Kongma La (5535m) — Trek to Chukung (4730m). Highest of the three passes.

Day 17:Trek to Tengboche.

Day 20:Flight to Ramechap airport and drive to Kathmandu .transfer to hotel.

Day 21:Free day in Kathmandu.

Package Details
Cost Includes:
- All arrival and departure transfers for both international and domestic flights (Airport → Hotel → Airport).
- Twin/double sharing hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast, as per the itinerary.
- Round-trip airfare (Ramechap-Lukla-Ramechap) and transportation Kathmandu-Ramechap-Kathmandu
- Standard lodge and tea house accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis during the trek.
- Three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek.
- Experienced, government-licensed guide and necessary porter support.(typically, two clients share one porter)
- All wages, accommodation, meals, and insurance for your guide and porters.
- Applicable government taxes, local taxes, and the necessary trekking permits (e.g., National Park Conservation Fee).
- medical kit carried by your guide.
Cost Excludes:
- International airfare to and from Kathmandu.
- Nepal Tourist Visa fees (can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport).
- Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu.
- Expenses of a personal nature, including phone calls, laundry, bar bills, and internet access.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, snacks between meals ,mineral water, boiled water, hot showers, and snacks like coffee/tea between meals during the trek.
- Gratuities for guides, porters, and drivers.
- Personal travel and medical insurance mandatory to cover medical, hospitalization, and rescue evacuation charges.(; must cover emergency evacuation and high-altitude trekking).
- Personal trekking equipment (e.g., sleeping bags, down jackets, trekking poles, etc.).
- Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as flight cancellations or delays, political unrest, natural disasters, or illness resulting in a change to the itinerary.
