The Annapurna Base Camp trek is a premier journey that combines diverse landscapes with rapid access to the base of some of the world’s highest peaks. Named after the Sanskrit term for “Goddess of the Harvests,” the Annapurna region offers a unique blend of natural beauty and mountaineering history.

Brief Itinerary

  • Day 01:
    Arrival at Kathmandu airport & transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 02:
    In Kathmandu for official procedures and preparations.
  • Day 03:
    Drive Kathmandu → Pokhara → Phedi, then short trek to Dhampus (1650m, ~1.5 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 04:
    Trek to Landruk (1565m, 4–5 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 05:
    Trek to Chomrong (2170m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 06:
    Trek to Himalaya Hotel (2920m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 07:
    Trek to Machapuchhare Base Camp (3700m, 4–5 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 08:
    At Machapuchhare Base Camp. Explore Annapurna Sanctuary (4095m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 09:
    Trek to Dobhan (2600m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 10:
    Trek to Chomrong (4–5 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 11:
    Trek to Tadapani (2630m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 12:
    Trek to Ghorepani (2860m, 5–6 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 13:
    Visit Poon Hill (3193m) and trek to Ulleri (1960m, 9–10 hrs). Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 14:
    Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara. Transfer to hotel.Free afternoon.
  • Day 15:
    Return to Kathmandu by scheduled flight and transfer to hotel.
  • Day 16:
    International departure.

Package Details

Cost Includes:

  • All arrival and departure transfers for both international and domestic flights (Airport ↔ Hotel).
  • Round-trip transport by private vehicle as per the itinerary (Kathmandu–Pokhara–Phedi and Nayapul–Pokhara).
  • Hotel accommodation on Twin/double sharing in Kathmandu with breakfast, as per the itinerary.
  • Hotel accommodation in Pokhara on a twin/double sharing basis, on a MAP plan (breakfast and dinner included).
  • Standard lodge accommodation on a twin/double sharing basis.
  • Three daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) throughout the trek.
  • Experienced, government-licensed trek guide and porter support (typically one porter shared by two trekkers)
  • All wages, accommodation, meals, and comprehensive insurance for your guide and porter.
  • Applicable government and local taxes, as well as required trekking permits (e.g., TIMS card, conservation area entry fees).

Cost Excludes:

  • Airfare to and from Kathmandu.
  • Nepal Tourist Visa fee (can be obtained on arrival).
  • Lunch and dinner during your stay in Kathmandu.
  • Expenses of a personal nature, including phone calls, laundry, and internet access.
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, snacks between meals ,mineral water, and boiled water.
  • Personal trekking equipment (e.g., sleeping bag, down jacket, trekking poles).
  • Personal travel and medical insurance mandatory to cover medical, hospitalization, and rescue evacuation charges.(; must cover emergency evacuation and high-altitude trekking).
  • Gratuities for guides, porters, and drivers.
  • Any additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., flight cancellations, political unrest, natural disasters, or illness).
