The Heroes Project Everest expedition 2016

The Heroes Project Team USMC Staff Sergeant Charlie Linville became the first combat wounded veteran and founder Tim Medvetz reached the summit on 19th May along with camera man Kazuya Hiraide, Ngima Tashi Sherpa, Mingma Sherpa MD Climbalaya Trek & Expeditions, Chhiring Wanchu Sherpa, Pasang Sherpa and Lhakpa Nuru Sherpa. The team was the first group to reach the summit of Mt. Everest from the north side in 2016.
